FINANCIAL TERMS

The mission or the River Academy is to server parents by providing a rigorous Christ-centered education, steeped in Western Culture, preparing their children to view every area of life and learning in the light of God's Word, to be fruitful, and ever increasing in the knowledge of God.

In order to accomplish this task, it is important that all financial arrangements are clearly understood and followed. The following sections outline the financial terms and conditions of education at The River Academy.

 

REGISTRATION FEE
  • Returning Students: A non-refundable registration fee of $100.00 per student is due March 1st.
  • New Students: $135.00 application/registration fee for the first student and $125.00 per additional student due upon submission of application. (NOTE: If a student is denied enrollment, $100.00 of the registration fee is refundable).

BOOK FEE

A book fee of $220.00 per student is due bu July 1st. All books and materials purchased remain the property of The River Academy.

Example: A two-student family would pay annual tuition of $5,520.00 for the first student and $4,992.00 for the second student. Total monthly payment would be $876.00 for twelve months.

PLEASE NOTE: Multi-student discounts are not given for Kinder-Prep or Kindergarten. 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS
  • Option 1: Payment in full by July 1st, 2010
  • Option 2: Twelve (12) equal payments beginning July 1, 2010 through June 1, 2011. If payment is not postmarked by the 10th of each month, a $1.00 per day late charge will be assessed. If tuition is still delinquent by the 40th day, the student will be withdrawn from school until the account is current, unless other payment arrangements have been pre-approved by the headmaster.

 

COMMITMENT
The River Academy has contracted with teachers and arranged for supplies sufficient to meet the educational goals and objectives of each grade level. Therefore, no tuition waivers will be made for absences or early withdrawal of students.
